OK - Anti Spam Measure Implemented

Answer to the question is "right" without the quotes. I implemented a very basic and simple anti-spam measure; something that requires human "input". Hopefully it will cut down or stop the automated spam programs that exploit scripts like the one that runs our message board. The measure should log attempts to post on the board by bots. Everyone take care and have a happy and safe 4th of July holiday period.
